TIPS FOR MAKING AND MANAGING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

1. Make sure you’re booking the correct day.

2. Make sure you’re scheduling with the correct person.

3. Make sure you create an account so that you can manage your appointments. You can do this on the confirmation step while scheduling, or you’ll find a link to register in the confirmation email sent to you after creating an appointment.

4. Download the app mentioned on the confirmation page. This is the best way to keep up with your appointments and schedule new appointments.

5. Our system displays availability in real-time. If a slot shows “open” then it is currently available for reservation. No need to call the shop to notify us unless you need a specialty haircut timeframe question.

6. Lastly, each service requires has its own timeslot. If you want a Basic Haircut and a Shave (two items), you will need to book two reservations back-to-back.
